In order to provide a quality service and to comply with legislations, I will need to request information from parents about their child and family. Some of this will be personal data.
I take families’ privacy seriously, and in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) I will process any personal data according to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy sets out how I use and protect any personal information that you give me. From time to time, I may change this policy by updating this page. - Technical Data that includes data about vour use of my website and online services such as vour IP address, your login data, details about your browser, length of visit to pages on my website, page views and navigation paths, details about the number of times you use my website, time zone settings and other technology on the devices you use to access my website. The source of this data is from my analytics tracking system.
- Marketing Data that includes data about your preferences in receiving marketing from me and my third parties and your communication preferences. I may use Customer Data, user Data, Technical Data and Marketing Data to deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you (including Facebook adverts or other display advertisements) and to measure or understand the effectiveness the advertising I serve you.

I require this information for the following reasons:

My website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave my site, you should note that I do not have any control over that other website.

Controlling your personal information
I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless I am required by law to do so. You may request details of personal information which I hold about you at any time, and which I will provide to you within one month.

I will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information, I will store all the personal information you provide securely and in accordance with UK data
protection laws, using password-protected files, to prevent viewing of the information by others with access to the computer. Firewall and virus protection software are in place. If I store any records using a digital solution, I will ensure I have carried out due diligence to ensure they are compliant with GDPR.

I will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes
I collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Access to your information
You have the right under the Data Protection Act to access the information which I hold about you. You have the right to have your information amended or deleted upon request. lf you wish to exercise this right, please send your request to julia@juliamateinfantsleepconsultancy.com. I will answer and action all requests without any delay, and in any case within one month of receipt.
